The 2nd Youth Entrepreneur Summit Chitwan is being organized from September 18-19, 2020 with an aim at promoting entrepreneurship amongst the new startups and aspiring entrepreneurs in Chitwan. There will be 6 panel speakers and 2 keynote speaker in the event with the participation of youths across Nepal.

What is Youth Entrepreneur Summit Chitwan?
Youth Entrepreneur Summit Chitwan is an annual conference aimed at promoting entrepreneurship amongst the new startups and aspiring entrepreneurs in Chitwan. The program was started in 2018 as “ Youth Entrepreneur Summit Chitwan 2075” with the motive of providing a platform for young entrepreneurs to showcase their entrepreneurial products/ services. The first chapter of “Youth Entrepreneur Summit” was hugely successful with the participation of 250 attendees, 20 entrepreneurs and 8 speakers from around Nepal. Following the success of the first chapter, we are organizing a Youth Entrepreneur Summit Chitwan 2077 on September 18 and 19, 2020. In wake of the COVID 19, all the sessions will be virtual this time.
Objective
The main objectives of Youth Entrepreneur Summit Chitwan are: –
- To orient youths in Chitwan towards entrepreneurship
- To motivate and train individuals in transforming their ideas and projects to Entrepreneurial venture(economic reality) .
- To empower Entrepreneurs to continue their entrepreneurial actions.
Program Structure
The summit will have Key Note Speech and Panel Session every day.
Key Note Speech
There will be Key Note Speakers from different backgrounds who have had some years of experience in their field to share their experience related to entrepreneurship. Mr Jiba Lamicchane ( September 18) and Mr Shesh Ghale ( September 18) are the key note speakers for the program
Panel Session
There will be 3 entrepreneurs presenting each day about their entrepreneurial journey: how did they start, what was the huddle, how they overcame it and how has the company been running now. The sharing session will be followed by a Q&A session. The panelist will present for 20 minutes each followed by a 30 minutes Q&A. This year we have Mr. Dila Kharel, Ms. Bhawana Shrestha, Mr, Yural Maskey, Mr Amit Agrawal, Mr. Gyanendra Khadka and Ms Samikshya Rai as the panel speakers.
